What's Your Gettysburg Passion?

In one word I would describe what keeps me coming back year after year is either peaceful or "hauntingly beautiful"

Everytime we visit we are awestruck at the beauty and the meaningfulness of the battlefield. We discover something new each time we visit. We always spend a full day at the battlefield and the rest of our visit we walk around town and enjoy the shops.Of course we always enjoy a ghost tour!

We especially loved our Halloween visit last year. The weather was perfect and the battlefields were especially beautiful with the leaves changing color.

We will be back hopefully sooner than later!
